WHAT’S THE POINT OF EXERCISING?

I’ll make this short and sweet to the point:

It’s very important to look at exercise as a means of improving your body’s health — because it is!

If you see it as a punishment or strictly as a way to burn calories, it will be much harder to enjoy it and make it a sustainable habit!

Remember, you are getting stronger and setting yourself up to live a long, healthier life.

Burning extra calories is just a nice side effect!
