WHAT HAPPENS IF I GO OVER MY CALORIES? 🍽

Above being busy professionals and dealing with life on an end to end cycle, we are humans first who are creature of habits.

Going over calories happens all the time, especially in the beginning. It’s best to just move on and try to get back on track with your next meal and commit to sticking to your plan the next day.

Don’t beat yourself up over it or try to starve yourself the next day to make up for it; ITS JUST ONE MEAL!

If you go over by a lot or you want to enjoy a huge meal or social events, you can use the week to prepare. Look at your calories for the week.

If your goal is to maintain a 3,500 calorie deficit per week by going under on calories by 500 each day, simply adjust the other days accordingly. You could increase your caloric deficit to 750 on the other six days, for example, giving you a lot more wiggle room on your big day.

This isn’t necessary, of course, but if you’re really dedicated and It will make you feel better, it’s fine to save a few hundred calories each day and use them later in the week to enjoy that fun social treat!

Trust me after a long week putting hours in, we all deserve some flexibility.
