If your calories are extremely low — usually 1,000–1200 is about the lowest you want to safety go — and you’re exercising on a regular basis, you should be losing fat.
Double check everything with your diet. You may time hidden calories in what you drink, snacks you eat, or condiments you use.
Oftentimes stubborn fat comes off eventually; it just takes a lot of work and self discipline.
If you’re 100 percent sure your diet is accurate, you’re active, and your body just isn’t losing weight, it’s possible you may have a thyroid or hormonal issue.
In these situations, seek professional help from a licensed doctor in your area who may be able to do som treats and get to the root of the issue.
