Getting older is a real thing that we cannot avoid anymore.

As we age, caring for our bodies and minds becomes increasingly essential.

Our health and mortality stare us down to remind us that we need to do a better job of taking care of ourselves.

One of the most effective ways to achieve this is through EXERCISE.

This is particularly true for individuals over 30 (I’m looking right at you guys who just turned 30), as regular physical activity can help maintain a healthy weight, increase energy levels, and reduce the risk of chronic illnesses such as diabetes, heart disease, and some cancers.

Aside from physical health, exercise can significantly impact mental and emotional well-being.

For starters, exercise can be a natural mood booster thanks to the release of endorphins, which are feel-good chemicals produced by the brain. These endorphins can help reduce stress and anxiety while promoting well-being.

Additionally, exercise is an effective treatment for depression. It can even be as effective as medication or therapy in some cases since you have an outlet to let go of feelings/thoughts.
