The One Thing That Will Ruin Your Health and Fitness Progress If Left Unsolved!
Starting a health and fitness journey can be exciting but can also come with challenges that can shape our perception and reality of our processes.
Let me ask this: Have you ever been on a health and fitness journey and encountered negativity along the way? It can be discouraging to hear negative comments from others or even from your “inner voice.”
As a professional in the fitness industry, I’ve had my fair share of negativity from those closest to me and social media. Everyone has an opinion and reserves on “what you should and should not do,” but at the end of the day, you’re in the driving seat of your life.
For the record, I’ve had more unsuccessful weight loss attempts than successful ones. I’ve lost myself in the process of betterment and had to pick myself up multiple times from rock bottom.
Being the underdog is not pretty or glamorous, but you can get your act together when you can be resilient enough and last longer in the journey than comments can spread.
The point is not to let negativity affect your mental and physical progress.
Negativity stems from fear, insecurities, and weakened jaded minds.
