With Many individuals being isolated it is natural to feel lonely, bored and frustrated. Not only that but you may feel low, worried and anxious. This is understandable considering the current global situation with the Corona Virus Outbreak. During this time, it is vital for your mental health to understand the importance of exercise and how it can improve your mental wellbeing during this unsettling time.
In 2019 one in five Americans over the age of 18 reported having a chronic anxiety disorder, not only that but one in three teenagers also reported having a chronic anxiety disorder. It would come as no surprise that the Corona Virus outbreak is having a serious effect on people’s mental health. Why is this?
