The 5 Laws That Can Help You Become Injury-Free
Being in pain is not fun. Living with pain is far worse.
If you’re in pain, you want to get out of pain as soon as you can.
It doesn’t matter whether that pain is arthritis, degenerative disease, shoulder injury, or something else, the pain is mutual.
The urge to want to stop the pain is at an all-time high.
The problem is that you’ve already spent a ton of time and money on rehab methods that either haven’t worked well for you or haven’t worked completely, like:
- Massage
- Chiropractic
- Ultrasound
- Stretching
- Physical Therapy
You might even have a special dedicated “rehab day”, where in one day, you hit up a bunch of different practitioners, like a chiropractor, massage therapist, and acupuncturist.
Not to say they’re not effective they are not complete solutions.
