STOP SLACKING ON YOUR SLEEP 😴

First and for most sleep is not a waste of time. Countless professionals, executives, and small business owners who think they can hustle everyday with no breaks miss the target with this one.

Let’s be clear, we want to break the cycle of just hustling through the wee nights and instead, actually need to wind down to get some amazing proper sleep.

Setting time to wind down is not only ideal but getting proper sleep is needed to perform at the highest levels especially for those who’s days are filled up with meetings on top of meetings.

Proper sleep is anywhere from 7–9 hours every night. Sleeping hours can vary per individual.

Getting sleep keeps us attentive especially when meetings can drain us and make us lethargic.

We’ve all had those moments of functioning with only less than 5 hours of sleep only to fill our bodies up with espresso shots and energy drinks.

Look at winding down as REAL QUALITY TIME for you. The most important thing to any professional is their time. Winding down is an opportunity to compose ourselves and to do something relaxing to turn off our busy minds from the day.

Who wants to bring their work to their bed? Certainly no one. Getting adequate sleep at night starts with winding down so we can get the good sleep we deserve to keep your health and fitness in check (sleeping keeps us from gaining weight), but to also keep our performance levels high!
