IS NUTRITION TIMING A THING? đŸ„ŽđŸ„˜

The straightforward answer: When and how often you eat doesn’t really matter.

Increasing meal frequently doesn’t speed up your metabolism.

Eating carbs at night doesn’t make you fat.

The “post work out anabolic window” is more suspect than fact.

One of the many beauties of our bodies is that they are amazing at adapting to meet the demands we place on them.

As long as you achieve proper energy balance, have a great macronutrient breakdown, and make smart food choices — you’ll always be on top of your health and have leeway when you fall off.

You can eat three or fifteen meals per day if you wanted to.

You can eat 80% of your carbohydrates at breakfast, dinner, or after your workout.

You’re not on the clock after a workout, slowly losing the fruits of your labor until you demolish a protein shake.

At the end of the day, find what works for you and when you find it, improve on it to fit your lifestyle/needs.

Want a way to create more leeway and flexibility into your lifestyle? Comment or shoot me a DM and I’ll send. over a two week meal plan that will help create that.
