At some point in our lives, we have had moments of overeating. Whether it is going out with friends or enjoying holiday festivities with the family, no one can read this and say that this has not happened to them.

With that in mind, there are three types of people who struggle with their weight when eating. Just as nutrition is customizable to your body, it should also be customizable to your mind.

Let us dive and discover which type you are?

  1. The “I Don’t Know What to Eat”

This person is the one that the majority of diet books talk about. All this person needs is information. Not motivation, not any psychological techniques, or any other strategies. This person doesn’t know:

What are the best portion sizes?
What’s the right balance of protein, carbs, and fats?
What time of the day to eat?
What to drink and not drink

The above list is understandable. There’s so much conflicting information that it can get overwhelming.

This person needs the correct information, implements it, and they can lose weight. Just work out a few logistical issues, like new grocery shopping strategies, a conversation with…
