Your lower back hurts and you’re wondering why.

It can be the season.

It can be aging.

Maybe it just feels tight after you’ve been sitting/standing for a while; maybe it’s a specific movement that causes it to hurt, or maybe it just “goes out” without warning.

It’s irritating and unpleasant at best, and debilitating at worst, even forcing you to take time off work, or from activities that you enjoy.

You even might have even gone to a chiropractor, massage therapist, or physiotherapist for support.

Although it might feel better for a few hours or a day or two after you get treatment, it never fully resolves.

Different Reasons for Lower Back Pain

It is a frequently asked question: What exercises should I do for lower back pain?
