I was recently asked about balance exercises.
Since I work with a lot of professionals of all ages, a lot of them ask how to improve balance as you age?
It’s a great question to ask.
Some people as they get older fear falling, and possibly breaking a bone.
Other people can use an improved balance to sports or even do everyday activities a home.
Regardless of how you’re going to use your sense of balance, the training and progressions are the same.
After all, balance is balance.
