You want to lose weight, eat right, and get toned, right? You have the perfect meal plan, hired a trainer, and exercise program planned out, but then “life” gets in the way. For example, You go on vacation; You get invited to a social event for dinner. There’s no healthy food in sight. And that’s just the beginning.
Even though Covid is still prevalent in what we do moving forward, it still does not stop our eating habits.
