Fructose Is Not Bad And Why You Should Be Adding Them To Your Diets

Can someone please explain to me why people keep saying fruit should be avoided because of its sugar content?

Stuff like this makes no sense.

The fruit has sugar, yes, and I don’t even care if it’s “natural” or not. The fact is, any carbohydrate-containing food item we eat whether it’s bread, rice, cereal, pasta, crackers, or jellybeans breaks down to ONE thing. SUGAR…
