IT’S STORY TIME!

It will be the quickest spiel ever, so read on.

I will tell you a tale about a client who found a way to balance life and fitness.

For the sake of identity, we will call this person “Paul.”

When Paul’s first son was born, they decided never to let “busy” get in the way of fitness.

It was naive of them.

Before they had children, they didn’t know what busy meant.

Because soon after, they got swamped.

They had no “free time” with a new baby and were in their career’s prime.

And they were tired.

The kind of tired so deep that a good night’s sleep couldn’t fix it.

So they skipped a workout one day.

The next thing you know, a month has passed.

But things weren’t getting better.

So one day, they decided to grab two old dumbbells from their basement, took the dust off them, and did a 20 mins workout.

It could have been better and more flashy.

But it got done.
