EATING AT NIGHT DOESN’T MAKE YOU FAT 😤

You’ve probably heard from countless folks that if you eat at night, you’ll gain so much weight and blah blah blah.

Contrary to what has been said, research on this question is quite ambiguous.

Some studies show connections between evening eating and weight gain, most do not show any connection, and some show the opposite effect, that eating less in the evening cause more fat gain.

One thing is that is more certain than meal timing is: Calories.

Calorie intake is the biggest determinant of weight change.

This is explains the wide variety of contradictory results when only meal timing is considered.

Once calories are set, eating most of your food at night versus in the morning seems to make little or no difference.

This logic shows how much more important. calorie totals are compared to nutrient timing.
