Sometimes, people can get discouraged from working out because they feel they aren’t getting results.

But the thing about exercise is that it requires consistency and time before you see the fruits of your labor.

The need for instant gratification can get in the way of achieving your fitness goals.

That’s why 30-day workout challenges are not ideal for beginners. It sets unrealistic expectations that can influence the way one thinks about fitness.
