You can think of me as a deep thinker.
I think a lot about living. I’m frequently reminded that life is short and should be appreciated and cherished.
We get one shot at this life.
Being passive about our work, relationships, and fitness is easy.
I don’t want to be passive. I want to attack life. I want to go deep with people I love. I want to build the strongest body possible and maximize my time here.
To help, I make rules.
So, give me a few minutes, and I will teach you six unconventional rules for being happy, staying young, and living longer.
These rules are mine. They work for me. And they’ll help you. But like anything else, apply what’s valuable, and discard what isn’t.
1. Productivity Starts with Proper Rest
Getting 7–8 hours a night is crucial for our well-being. The better your sleep is, the better all areas of your life will be.
