Life can be busy, and it’s easy to let fitness slide. A day here, a day there. In the short run, there needs to be more fitness. It’s hard to notice. Until one day, it becomes obvious.
Exercising regularly can be challenging. But I promise, everything is more accessible if you exercise. So, for example, if you eat vegetables, go to bed before 10pm, limit alcohol intake, and exercise daily, you are NOT dull, obsessed, and a killjoy.
In fact, being healthy or striving to be should be the goal.
How in the world did being an average healthy human being considered weird or unheard of in our society?

1. Living life out of shape is more challenging than exercising
Think about it for a second. What’s harder? Waking up every day in pain, out of breath, or completing a 30–40 minute workout a couple times a week at your pace?
If you picked the first option, then you are correct! Being and feeling out of shape is a cumulation of years and months of inactivity and sedentary habits that do not benefit anyone. Make a difference in your well-being by deciding to be more physical.
