5 Quick Reasons Why Fitness Gives You Eternal Youth

How many times have you told yourself this: “I’m busy. I’ll go to the gym later.”
Here’s a little story for you.
A friend said this to me a couple of weeks ago.
And she is busy.
She’s got two kids, a career, and a family to care for.
The problem is that my friend is 39 years old.
She’s been saying she’ll start caring for herself “later” for many years.
“Later” is unpredictable.
We will never know what “later” means in this day and age.
But if you keep pushing off health and fitness until “later,” it will be too late to do anything about it.
So many things can happen.
Here’s what I told my good friend:
“Don’t wait until you have “free time” to start your fitness journey.
Because then, when things get busy again, you’ll stop working on yourself.
The best time to start is when you’re busy, which is now.
Learning to be flexible with your health when times are harsh means you’ll stick with it…
