1. Fat Loss Requires Maintaining A Protein-Focused Calorie Deficit
This isn’t just an ordinary calorie deficit, but one that emphasizes the transformative power of protein. Like any method to losing weight, there needs to be a reduction in how much carbohydrates are taken in and an increase in protein. Protein helps to build and protect muscle; it causes more calories to be burned through digestion; and it also helps women (and men) refuel and stay full longer. 2. Weight Training
Weight training is the only form of exercise that helps women build the lean and toned figures they’ve always wanted. Aiming to weight train 2–3x time is highly recommended. Think weight training makes you look bulky? Think again, because you don’t have the amount of testosterone required to grow muscle even close to the rate to make you look like a juggernaut.
