Going at it alone isn’t impossible, but it certainly is challenging.
Not only are you forced to be accountable for yourself, but no one is there to support you or cheer you on.
This can easily cause you to lose motivation, stopping short of your weight loss goals.
As such, we highly recommend finding a friend or a family member, or even a support group, to be part of your weight loss journey.
The more you have people supporting you, the likelier you’ll be at succeeding
