3 Quick and Easy Workout Tips to Get A Shredded Body

As we continue to do what’s best for ourselves and our bodies while we are quarantines at home, here are few rules to keep in mind when training with bodyweight and resistance bands.

Before we start, here are some definitions of what bodyweight training and resistance bands are:

Body Weight Training — Calisthenics is a form of exercise consisting of various movements that exercise large muscle groups (gross motor movements), such as running, standing, grasping, pushing, etc. These exercises are often performed rhythmically and with minimal equipment, as bodyweight exercises.

Resistance Bands — They are elastic bands that provide external resistance that your muscles have to work against. When you’re pushing against a resistance band during an exercise, your muscles have to engage to fight the tension.

1. Avoid Plateaus

Challenge your body to get stronger while doing exercises that are normally difficult for you. Whether you are starting or an avid regular, find programs and routines that will excite you and push you through your limits. This is a good time to master pull-ups, push-ups, and pistol squats.
